What is an Event Warranty?
With technology, the variables can be endless and unforeseen. So we have your back, just like you have ours! If you lose power, the internet goes out, equipment fails during the event…. or whatever else occurs in this crazy world we live in to inhibit your event streaming, you will receive a downtime credit on your next event!
How do we calculate your downtime credit?
Scenario 1: Event Stream Critical:

Power, Internet, Server Website.

How? Take the overall event schedule divided by the event uptime.
Example Scenario: If you are having an event Friday, Saturday and Sunday for 10hrs each day, your overall event schedule would be 30 hours of streaming. Now…. Let’s say, you lost internet on Friday, for the entire day, but your ISP resolved it by end of day thus resolving the event stream and the show went on Saturday and Sunday. Your total uptime would be 20 hours. With that, we would the 20hr uptime by the 30hr event schedule and issue the 33% credit (from your selected package) to your next event!
Scenario 2: Event Stream Issue:

Specific Hardware Camera(s) or Camera Stream(s).

How? Take overall event schedule multiplied by number of camera streams divided by the total ‘per stream’ uptime.
Example Scenario: If you are having an event Friday, Saturday and Sunday for 10hrs each day and you have 5 camera view, your total event camera stream is 150 hours. Now…. Let’s say, your vault camera went down Saturday late afternoon at 5pm (with 3 hours left of the event on Saturday and 10 hours left on Sunday). With that, we would take the 13 hours of down time for the Vault Camera from the 150 hour camera uptime to obtain the 137 hour uptime total. Divide 137 by 150, to obtain a 91% uptime, thus issuing you a 9% credit (from your selected package) to your next event!
