Step 2: Integration and Implementation
As long as your equipment meets our standard specs (outlined below), our team will work with you and, if you’d like, your IT person/team throughout the setup/configuration process. Once we establish a remote connection to your server, we can then manage your system and program from anywhere!
Step 3: Ongoing Customer Support
Based on your time zone, you will likely receive same day responses. However, you can rest assured any ticket will have a 24-hour response SLA for all international partner centers. Our team is here to support your and your families!
